and assembly operations. Creative Techniques specializes
in highly engineered, valued-added packaging systems and

total cost material handling alternatives. Established
in 1984, Creative Techniques leverages its material handling
and packaging expertise to serve a number of leading global
companies in a myriad of industries.
Our Role and Results: The
principals of Wolverine Capital Partners invested in partnership
with the management team to own Creative Techniques. The four person management
team averaged over 15 years of tenure at Creative Techniques
and had a lifelong goal of becoming owners of the business. Wolverine
Capital structured a transaction that simultaneously
offered liquidity for the two retiring founders, enabled
the management team to invest in a tax efficient manner
on the same terms as Wolverine Capital, and provided
capital for future growth. Our principals and the
management team look forward to sharing our investment
in Creative Techniques for decades and have already implemented
the following strategic and growth initiatives:
